Unlabelled: Social media provides unique insight into the facilities, personnel, and culture of plastic surgery residency programs. Applicants can gain a more holistic view of programs based on their social media accounts. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between the popularity of a program's Instagram account and the program's Doximity ranking and to investigate the factors which contribute to greater viewership, with a special focus on diversity.

Factors that contribute to disparities in time to acute leukemia diagnosis in young people: an in depth qualitative interview study.

Background: Racial and ethnic disparities in outcomes for Black and Hispanic children with acute leukemia have been well documented, however little is known about the determinants of diagnostic delays in pediatric leukemia in the United States. The primary objective of this study is to identify factors contributing to delays preceding a pediatric leukemia diagnosis.

Methods: This qualitative study utilized in-depth semi-structured interviews.

The world economy will need globalization in the post-pandemic 2021 decade.

Instead of the dire predictions of a post-pandemic world characterized by increased global risks, decoupling of economies, shake-up of global value chains, and the retreat of globalization, this article proposes that the changes induced by heightened nationalism and protectionism will be marginal rather than fundamental in nature. These marginally higher risks can easily be handled and ameliorated by multinational enterprises through alternate cross-border business strategies and emerging technologies. Moreover, the paper gives reasons why the future world economy will need even more globalization.

Usefulness of tissue marker clips in patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of a tissue marker clip in patients undergoing preoperative chemotherapy for breast carcinoma.

Materials And Methods: Between June 1996 and July 1998 (26 months), a tissue marker clip was placed in 29 patients with breast carcinoma who showed significant clinical response to preoperative chemotherapy. In these patients, 13 clips were placed stereotactically and 16 clips were placed using sonographic guidance.
