Differences in and Correlates of Sexual Function in Infertile Women with and without Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

Background: The aim of this study was to examine sexual function and its correlates among infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in comparison with their non-PCOS counterparts.

Materials And Methods: In this case-control study, 209 infertile women (116 PCOS and 93 non-PCOS) from Tehran, Iran, were evaluated in February and March 2018. Female sexual function index (FSFI), hormonal status, and documented reports of hyperandrogenic manifestations of the patients were investigated.

Roberts-SC Phocomelia Syndrome (Pseudothalidomide Syndrome): A Case Report.

A 39-year-old pregnant woman at 38 weeks of gestation was referred with labor pain to a hospital. She had consanguinity with her husband. A female newborn had multiple craniofacial anomalies and phocomelia in right upper limb.

Sleep disturbance in late pregnancy and type and duration of labour.

In this study, the relationship between sleep quality and type and duration of labour has been evaluated. A total of 88 pregnant women completed the Pittsburgh Sleep Questionnaire three times during their last 3 weeks of pregnancy at their prenatal visits and once postpartum. A mean score of >5 was considered as poor-quality sleep.
