This research aims to characterize efficiency of a flexible ureteroscope that is of single use with regard to surgical time, absence of stone, and complications. Nicolau syndrome (NS), also referred as embolia cutis medicamentosa and livedo-like dermatitis, is an uncommon complication followed by drugs administered intramuscularly, intraarticularly or subcutaneously. In this case report we present a case of a 65-year-old lady who had a single dose of diclofenac sodium as an intramuscular injection in her left buttock due to back pain that led to developing what known as NS. She was treated with surgical debridement, drain insertion and skin approximation with antibiotics for 2 weeks with daily sterile dressing.

Materials And Methods: This is a cross-sectional study of 28 normal subjects and 33 glaucoma subjects. Subjects underwent spectral domain optical coherence tomography imaging of both eyes.

Purpose: To compare artifact rates in two-dimensional (2D) versus three-dimensional (3D) retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) scans using Spectralis optical coherence tomography (OCT).

Methods: Thirteen artifact types in 2D and 3D RNFL scans were identified in 106 glaucomatous eyes and 95 normal eyes. Artifact rates were calculated per B-scan and per eye.
