Purpose: Posterior ankle Impingement (PAI) is a condition commonly affecting athletes and individuals engaged in activities involving repetitive ankle plantar flexion. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of nonsurgical management, excluding corticosteroid injections, on the functional outcomes of football players diagnosed with PAI.

This study addresses the imperative need for reliable assessment protocols in guiding rehabilitation interventions for individuals post-COVID-19, considering the enduring physiological effects of the virus. A cohort of 40 post-COVID-19 individuals underwent assessments using the Londrina ADL protocol, Glittre ADL test, and the 6-minute walk test (6MWT). Physiological parameters were recorded during and after each test, including heart rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.

Objective: Children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy (CP) are typically ambulant with high motor functioning levels but with gait asymmetry and a greater risk of instability and falling. Physiotherapy is considered the core part of CP rehabilitation due to the risk of neurosurgery and the side effects of drug interventions. Although growing evidence has looked at the effect of upper limb loading during walking in many populations, such interventions in children with CP remain unexplored yet.
