Objective: Pituitary stalk thickening (PST) is a rare condition in pediatric patients. Data on PST in Latin American pediatric populations are scarce. The aim of this study was to characterize a comprehensive cohort of pediatric patients diagnosed with PST in Chile between 2020 and 2022.

Lobectomy in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer: experience of a Chilean tertiary center.

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between HPA and healthcare costs from the perspective of the Brazilian National Healthcare System, and to establish the mediating role of comorbidities in this relationship among patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD).

This study aimed to evaluate the impact of the Health Gym Program (HGP) on hospital admissions for stroke in the state of Pernambuco, Brazil. This policy impact evaluation used a quasi-experimental approach consisting of a difference-in-differences estimator, weighted by propensity score matching to deal with potential confounding variables. The study comprised socioeconomic, demographic, and epidemiological data from official Brazilian databases from 2010 to 2019.
