Objectives: Transitioning from paediatric to adult care can be challenging, but transition tools are designed to increase successful rates of transfer. We aimed to conduct a meta-analysis and systematic review of the use of transition tools in the transfer of care from paediatric to adult services for rheumatology patients.
Methods: An extensive literature search was conducted using MEDLINE, PubMed and Embase.
Objectives: To comprehensively review systematic reviews of prevalence, incidence, and mortality of Raynaud's, Sjögren's and Scleroderma, and to identify any research gaps.
Methods: An umbrella review of English language systematic reviews was undertaken using PubMed and Embase (OVID) covering the period 2000-2023 (PROSPERO CRD42023434865). The estimate and its corresponding 95% confidence interval were reported when available from each systematic review.

Purpose: To report a case of endogenous Lomentospora prolificans endophthalmitis treated with the novel antifungal agent Olorofim.
Case Report: A 57-year-old man developed disseminated Lomentospora prolificans with right endophthalmitis on the background of immunosuppression following lung transplantation for interstitial lung disease. He was treated with early vitrectomy, intravitreal voriconazole, and systemic Olorofim, voriconazole and terbinafine.
Objective: Antibody responses to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccines are reduced among immunocompromised patients but are not well quantified among people with rare disease. We conducted an observational study to evaluate the antibody responses to the booster SARS-CoV-2 vaccine in people with rare autoimmune rheumatic diseases (RAIRD).
Methods: Blood samples were collected after second, before third, after third and after fourth vaccine doses.
