Reading hand and foot X-rays in rheumatoid arthritis patients is difficult and time-consuming. In research, physicians use the modified Sharp van der Heijde Sharp (mvdH) score by reading of hand and foot radiographs. The aim of this study was to create a new method of determining the mvdH via eye tracking and to study its concordance with the mvdH score.

- The research followed 323 patients enrolled in the ESPOIR cohort, finding that only 4.6% had AAS, with specific factors like IgA RFs at baseline and CRP/RFs after 10 years being associated with the condition.
- Despite some associations found, the rarity of severe AAS cases suggests that these findings may not have significant clinical importance for predicting the condition's occurrence.
Ischiofemoral impingement syndrome (IFIS) is an unusual cause of hip pain. Certain strenuous sports can cause this impingement, such as dancing. We report the case of an 11-year-old ballet dancer with bilateral IFIS secondary to overtraining and hypertrophy of the quadratus femoris.

Our objective was to evaluate the diagnostic performance and reliability of AADIs and PADIs extrapolated based on ratios in assessing anterior atlanto-axial subluxation (aAAS) when plain radiographs do not allow the measures.
Methods: Radiographies of 119 patients were randomly selected.
