Fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC), used in suspicious cervical lymph nodes of unknown origin is frequently inconclusive and prone to false negatives. Hypopigmentation and, above all, hyperpigmentation issues can be originated depending on their activity. This enzyme also promotes the browning of fruits and vegetables.
