Background: The tumor microenvironment (TME) is integral to tumor progression. However, its prognostic implications and underlying mechanisms in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) are not yet fully elucidated. This study aims to examine the prognostic significance of genes associated with immune-stromal scores and to explore their underlying mechanisms in ccRCC.

China's human immunodeficiency virus / acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) prevention and control efforts have entered a new stage, necessitating the exploration of more effective intervention strategies. HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a proven method to prevent HIV infection, but its promotion in China faces challenges such as low public acceptance and inadequate service capacity. To further promote PrEP, the "HIV PrEP Model Exploration Project" was launched, exploring three PrEP service models: PrEP clinics, Digital services and physical testing, and PrEP self-service vending machines.

Unlabelled: The SpoVAF/FigP complex, a newly identified dormant spore ion channel, has been shown to amplify the response of germinant receptors (GRs) to nutrient germinants. However, its contribution to high-pressure-induced germination remains unexplored. In this study, we discovered that the 5AF/FigP complex played an important role in the GR-dependent germination of spores under moderate high pressure (MHP) by facilitating the release of ions, such as potassium (K), a mechanism in parallel with its role in nutrient-induced germination.

Limited data exists concerning the fertility desires of young people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in China, making it difficult to develop appropriate reproductive health service policies and interventions for them. Extensive fieldwork was carried out from April to May 2021 in 10 selected survey sites across five provinces, targeting all young men aged between 18 and 24 years living with HIV. The association between independent variables and fertility desires was determined using Chi-square tests and Multivariate binary logistic regression models.
