At the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Swiss federal government implemented a lockdown that prompted a majority of private and public organizations to implement teleworking solutions for their employees. This study aimed to examine the impact of work modalities, job-related, relational, and organizational climate variables on employees' engagement, exhaustion, and perceived performance both before and during the forced teleworking period. The taxonogenomic approach, including the culturomics techniques, is now currently used to isolate and characterize new bacteria. These approaches notably allowed us to discover six new species of the genus: strain SD1, strain Marseille-P2825, strain Marseille-P2225, strain Marseille-P2818, strain Marseille-P3257 and strain Marseille-P3109. Each is the type strain of the corresponding bacterial species.
