Background And Aim: Sit-stand desks allow individuals to work in either sitting or standing position. While previous studies have reported better performance on the attention network test (ANT) while standing compared to sitting, the relationship between body sway induced by these positions and ANT performance remains unclear. In this study, we aimed to test and expect benefits of body sway (in terms of magnitude and complexity) and improvements in ANT performance when standing (e.

However, the different molecular mechanisms regulated by PrP in normal and tumor cells have not been characterized yet.
Methods: To assess the role of PrP in patient-derived glioblastoma stem cell (GSC)-enriched cultures, we generated cell lines in which PrP was either overexpressed or down-regulated and investigated, in 2D and 3D cultures, its role in cell proliferation, migration, and invasion.
: Overweight may present an additional challenge when crossing obstacles. More specifically it may affect adequate foot clearance to reduce the risk of obstacle contact. Thus, the objective of this study was to compare obstacle clearance and spatial-temporal gait parameters during obstacle crossing in young adults with normal body weight and overweight.

Despite the synthetic potential of these versatile building blocks, electrochemical transformations of allenes have been historically underexplored. Myriad strategies for easy access to allenes, coupled with the resurgence of interest in sustainable oxidative transformations of hydrocarbons, prompted our efforts to conduct an in-depth investigation of a rare example of an electrochemical TEMPO-mediated allene dioxygenation.
