We report the case of a 7-year-old girl with severe generalized prurigo associated with diffuse persistent pruritic nodules due to sensitization to aluminum-adsorbed vaccines. Treatment with dupilumab resulted in an excellent therapeutic response.

Background: French guidelines recommend stopping biologic treatment of psoriasis between 3 and 24 weeks before conception in accordance with the relevant Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC). The aim of this study was to evaluate the real-life practice of dermatologists in the management of pregnant women with psoriasis previously treated with biologic agents.
