This study was aimed to identify the most frequently observed pathogens in uncomplicated urinary tract infections from outpatient urinary isolates obtained across seven different geographical regions in Türkiye and to determine whether the antibiotic resistance rates of these pathogens differ significantly between these regions. The study included patients aged 18 to 65 years who were diagnosed with uncomplicated urinary tract infections and had positive urine cultures from March 2021 to August 2022, across 37 different centers in Türkiye. The participating centers were selected based on their use of the disk diffusion method, in line with the European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (EUCAST) guidelines, to ensure standardization of urine culture data.

In order to prevent infectious complications following endourological procedure of upper urinary tract stones, it is essential to determine which patients are at high risk of developing this complication. We aimed to identify predictors that may cause systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) after the endourological procedure of upper urinary tract stones. Patients who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL), flexible ureteroscopy (F-URS), or semirigid ureteroscopy (SR-URS) in our center between January 2011 and June 2020 were evaluated retrospectively.

Methods: Infants under 24 months old with kidney stones of 2 cm and larger, who applied to our clinic between January 2018 and May 2023, were included in the study. The patients' demographic and clinical characteristics were obtained from the medical records.
Objective: In this study, we aimed to describe the timing of contralateral testicular fixation with our ten year results in postpubertal patients with testicular torsion with a patient-based approach.
Methods: Postpubertal patients diagnosed with testicular torsion in a tertiary hospital between January-2012 and September-2022 were divided into 2 groups according to the "patient-based approach" criteria we adopted in our clinic. Group 1 in whom the contralateral teste was fixed in the same surgical act and group 2 in whom the fixation was deferred.
