[The role of the urology nurse in prehabilitation and same-day discharge robot-assited radical prostatectomy programs].

Introduction: The purpose of this article is to explain the role of urology nurse in prehabilitation and same-day discharge programs for robotic radical prostatectomy.

Methods: This article is based on the analysis of the literature and the experience of our center.

Results: In order to prepare patients for outpatient surgery, urology nurse plays a key role during prehabilitation journeys.

Development of a web-based tool for the assessment of health and economic outcomes of the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing (EIP on AHA).

Background: The European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing (EIP on AHA) is a European Commission led policy initiative to address the challenges of demographic change in Europe. For monitoring the health and economic impact of the social and technological innovations carried out by more than 500 stakeholder's groups ('commitments') participating in the EIP on AHA, a generic and flexible web-based monitoring and assessment tool is currently being developed.

Aim: This paper describes the approach for developing and implementing this web-based tool, its main characteristics and capability to provide specific outcomes that are of value to the developers of an intervention, as well as a series of case studies planned before wider rollout.

Exploring the role of ICT in the provision of integrated care--evidence from eight countries.

This research aimed to identify the role of telehealthcare in the provision of integrated care in thirty-one experiences across eight different European countries, namely: Denmark, Estonia, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the UK. Experiences were analysed from three perspectives: diffusion of innovations, governance and impact, which led to the identification of a set of drivers and barriers for widespread deployment. The analysis also found that telehealthcare developments were strongly in line with developments towards the delivery of integrated care and thus support this process.

Integrated personal health and care services deployment: experiences in eight European countries.

Objectives: The deployment and adoption of Integrated Personal Health and Care Services in Europe has been slow and fragmented. There have been many initiatives and projects of this kind in different European regions, many of which have not gone beyond the pilot stage. We investigated the necessary conditions for mainstreaming these services into care provision.

[Family violence and adolescence].

Intrafamilial violence represents a vast topic, even if one limits the subject to the nuclear family. Indeed it includes violence from parents to the child, violence between brothers and sisters, conjugal violence and violence exercised by the child to his parents. Although one can differentiate the types of violence (physical, sexual, and psychological), they often coexist within the same family.
