This study presents the development of an analytical characterization strategy tailored to end products derived from an alfalfa ()-based biorefinery with particular emphasis on protein concentrates and phenolic-enriched fractions. Our approach began with a comprehensive full-factorial experimental design aimed at optimizing the extraction process, taking care to design a biocompatible extraction protocol. Liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) techniques were used to characterize the molecular profile of the extracts.

Our study aims to assess the impact of CB1 absence on the mitochondrial compartment in the liver, focusing on both functional aspects and remodeling processes.
Methods: We used CB1 and CB1 male mice.

Maintaining a well-functioning mitochondrial network through the mitochondria quality control (MQC) mechanisms, including biogenesis, dynamics and mitophagy, is crucial for overall health. Mitochondrial dysfunction caused by oxidative stress and further exacerbated by impaired quality control can trigger inflammation through the release of the damage-associated molecular patterns (mtDAMPs). mtDAMPs act by stimulating the cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS) stimulator of interferon genes (STING) pathway.

This research is aimed at pointing out emotional intelligence (EI) behaviors related to the activities of the NRP with respect to the National Health System (NHS).
Participants And Procedure: Fifty-six professionals were provided with an integrated pathway with coaching, participative art and mentoring from January to June 2022.
