Endobronchial and pulmonary dissemination reportedly occurs in 5% of patients with laryngeal papillomatosis. It is more frequently observed in the juvenile form, and carries significant implications for treatment. In this study, we review our experiences with pulmonary and endobronchial extension of laryngeal papillomatosis.
