Background: Nintedanib reduces the decline of pulmonary function in patients with advancing lung fibrosis.
Aim: To assess the characteristics of the patients with connective tissue diseases (CTDs) related to interstitial lung disease (ILD) under nintedanib treatment.
Methods: The CTD-related ILD patients under nintedanib treatment who were followed up between 2020 and 2023 were included in the study.
The aim of the study is to evaluate whether C-reactive protein to albumin ratio (CAR), lactate dehydrogenase to albumin ratio (LAR), ferritin to erythrocyte sedimentation rate ratio (FER), systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), prognostic nutritional index (PNI) indices and ferritin level can predict organ involvement in adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) patients. This study was planned as a cross-sectional study. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to evaluate the usefulness of ferritin level and inflammatory indices in defining organ involvement.

Method: A single-center, retrospective study was conducted between January 2016 and June 2023.
Results: Twenty patients with a median age of 51 years received a median of 6 TPE sessions.
Aim: Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection may have a more severe course in patients with underlying disease or who have had immunosuppression. In this study, it was aimed to determine the frequency of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the mortality rates related to COVID-19 among patients with rheumatic disease.
Methods: The patients who were followed up with rheumatic disease in the rheumatology outpatient clinic in a tertiary hospital were retrospectively assessed if they had COVID-19 infection or not between March 2020 and January 2022.
Introduction: Interstitial lung disease is one of the most critical manifestations of connective tissue diseases that may cause morbidity and mortality. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical and demographic characteristics and treatment of the patients with connective tissue disease-related interstitial lung disease.
Method: This retrospective observational study included patients from the Gulhane Rheumatology Interstitial Lung Disease cohort between October 2016 and June 2023.
Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a neurotoxic state which is characterized by seizures, headache, visual disturbances, paresis, and altered mental status. Golimumab is anti-tumor necrosis factor-α inhibitor (anti-TNF-α) that can be used in the treatment of rheumatologic diseases. Here, we present a patient who had developed PRES after golimumab treatment for ankylosing spondylitis (AS).
