Methods: Fifty-six children with IBS and 53 healthy children were included in the study after assessment of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Plasma thiol/disulfide and IMA levels were compared between children with and without IBS.
In our study we aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the serum iron levels, and tears quality and quantity in term newborns. This study was conducted at a single institution between March 2013 and May 2013. A total of 46 newborns were prospectively enrolled.

VUR-associated UTI is among the primary causes of chronic renal failure in Turkey.
Methods: From March 2008 to November 2009, patients admitted with their first febrile UTI were included in the present prospective hospital-based study.
