Background: Anorexia nervosa is a serious and potentially lethal psychiatric disorder. Furthermore, there is significant evidence that some individuals develop a very long-standing form of the illness that requires a variety of different treatment interventions over time.

Objective: The primary goal of this paper was to provide a review of treatment strategies for severe and enduring anorexia nervosa (SE-AN) with the particular focus on treatments involving hospital care.

Introduction: Following a percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), emphasis is placed on healthy lifestyle modification by means of secondary prevention. The literature suggests Australians have difficulty within the period following a PCI, particularly the rural cohort. Despite having a higher incidence of cardiac disease, there is minimal evidence on secondary prevention within the rural Australian population.

Limited information is available on the risk to aquatic environments from the aerial application of copper fungicides to treat dothistroma needle blight in managed forests. Cuprous oxide was aerially applied to three catchments of Pinus radiata of varying age classes in the central North Island of New Zealand. Copper was monitored in stream water and sediments prior to and for 1 month after application.
