Military sexual trauma-related post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is highly prevalent and costly among women veterans, making the need for effective and accessible treatment of critical importance. Access to care is a key mechanism of mental health disparities and might affect differential response to treatment. The goal of this study was to estimate an individualized treatment rule based on readily available individual characteristics related to access to care to optimize allocation to in-person vs.

We aimed to estimate the incidence and risk factors for relapses, as well serious-adverse-events (SAEs) in MPA/GPA patients during RTX-maintenance.
Methods: Retrospective cohort of newly-diagnosed/relapsing GPA/MPA patients who received RTX-maintenance (≥1 RTX-cycle, ≥6 months follow-up) following complete-remission (Birmingham-Vasculitis-Activity-Score-version-3 = 0 plus prednisolone ≤7.
Background: Complex grief patterns are associated with significant suffering, functional impairments, health and mental health problems, and increased healthcare use. This burden may be even more pronounced among veterans. Behavioral Activation and Therapeutic Exposure (BATE-G) and Cognitive Therapy for Grief (CT-G) are two evidence-based interventions for grief.

The goal of the present study was to investigate relations between participant completion of breathing retraining, in vivo exposure, and imaginal exposure exercises and symptom outcomes.
Methods: A total of 58 participants completed a trial of PE as part of a larger trial on peer involvement and treatment adherence.
Objectives: There are limited data regarding health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in patients with ANCA-associated vasculitides (AAVs). We aimed to evaluate the HRQoL in patients with AAVs and compare it to another chronic inflammatory disease like RA and to healthy controls (HC).
Methods: This was a multicentre, cross-sectional study of patients with AAVs and RA recruited from three tertiary rheumatology clinics.
Introduction: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are at increased risk for serious infections. Pneumococcal vaccination is among the most important preventive measures, however, vaccine uptake is suboptimal. We explored the rate and factors associated with pneumococcal vaccination in a contemporary RA cohort.

This study examined treatment course patterns over time in a community SUD clinic. We examined depressive symptoms level, primary SUD assigned at each admission, and lifetime misuse of multiple substances as potential risk factors for premature treatment termination and subsequent treatment readmission.

However, there is uncertainty on what constitutes the optimal treatment options from a variety of competing interventions. The aim of the overview is to summarize existing evidence of the effectiveness and harm of pharmacological therapies for adults with CTD-ILD.

Real-life data regarding their incidence and predisposing factors-after the introduction of B cell depleting agents-are limited while data quantifying the risk per treatment modality and year of the disease are missing. Here, we aim to describe in details the incidence and the risk factors for SI in a contemporary AAV cohort.

Variations of the gene have been previously shown to increase susceptibility for both SS and non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphoma (B-NHL) in the general population. We aimed to investigate whether variations of the gene could predispose for lymphoma development in the context of SS.

It can be either primary or secondary, depending on whether it presents alone or as part of an underlying disorder. One of the most common causes of secondary RP are systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases (SARDs), in which RP may precede the onset of other autoimmune features by many years.

Here we aimed to identify risk factors for SI and to validate the RA Observation of Biologic Therapy (RABBIT) risk score in real-life settings.
Methods: A multi-centre, prospective, RA cohort study in Greece.

Background: Most research in the area of psychopathology and emotion regulation has focused on specific disorder categories and maladaptive strategy implementation. This study aimed to extend previous research by examining emotion regulation choice in higher-order dimensions (i.e.

Methods: A total of 326 patients from the Greek APS registry [237 women, mean age 48.
Despite the recent advances in treatment, antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitides (AAV) are among the rheumatic diseases with the highest morbidity and mortality. These outcomes are affected by a variety of factors apart from the disease itself, and are driven by infections, cardiovascular disease and drug toxicity. Even after the induction of remission, patients and their treating physicians are challenged by frequent relapses, accrual of chronic damage and impaired quality of life.

Research applying negative urgency to clinical treatment settings has been limited, in part, due to the absence of an objective, behavioral, and translational model of negative urgency. We suggest that development of such a model will allow for determination of prime neurological and physiological treatment targets, the testing of treatment effectiveness in the preclinical and the clinical laboratory, and, ultimately, improvement in negative-urgency-related treatment response and effectiveness.

The goals of this article are to test the invariance of, to compare mean differences in, and to examine the differential validity of the Urgency (negative), Premeditation (lack of), Perseverance (lack of), Sensation Seeking, with added subscale of Positive Urgency (UPPS-P) Impulsive Behavior Scale across adult age and sex. The data for this study were obtained from 799 participants in the Nathan Kline Institute's Rockland Sample.

Impulsive behavior is implicated in the initiation, maintenance, and relapse of drug-seeking behaviors involved in drug addiction. Research shows that changes in impulsive behavior across the lifespan contribute to drug use and addiction. The goal of this review is to examine existing research on the relationship between impulsive behavior and drug use across the lifespan and to recommend directions for future research.

This makes the identification of its underpinnings, such as response inhibition, essential for the development of relevant interventions that target these core features of the disorder resulting in more effective treatment. Several empirical studies have evaluated the relationship between response inhibition deficits and IGD using neurocognitive tasks, but provided mixed results.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychometric properties of this instrument and the subsequent adaptation of its scales to the population of Greek health workers.
Methods: The Greek version of the JCQ was developed by using forward- and back-translation in accordance with the JCQ policy.
