Association between Endometriosis and Risk of Preeclampsia in Women Who Conceived Spontaneously: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis.

Objective: To evaluate the association between endometriosis and the risk of preeclampsia and other maternal outcomes in spontaneously conceived women.

Data Sources: PubMed, MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and Google Scholar were systemically searched for studies published from inception to November 2021 (CRD42020198741). Observational studies published in English or French that investigated the risk of preeclampsia in women with endometriosis who conceived spontaneously were included.

Determining feasibility of incorporating consumer engagement into implementation activities: study protocol of a hybrid effectiveness-implementation type II pilot.

Introduction: Implementation researchers could draw from participatory research to engage patients (consumers of healthcare) in implementation processes and possibly reduce healthcare disparities. There is a little consumer involvement in healthcare implementation, partially because no formal guidance exists. We will create and pilot a toolkit of methods to engage consumers from the US' Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in selecting and tailoring implementation strategies.

Vulval lichen sclerosus: An Australasian management consensus.

Background/objectives: Vulval lichen sclerosus (VLS) is a chronic inflammatory skin condition predominantly affecting the anogenital region in women and children. To date, there is lack of agreement amongst experts on a severity scale to aid assessment, research and treatment stratification on VLS. Furthermore, literature on best practice for long-term management of VLS is lacking.
