Objective: To verify the association between the occurrence of skin lesions due to the use of products and/or personal protective equipment and the importance attributed to preventive care among health professionals working on the front lines of the struggle against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Method: Cross-sectional, analytical study, carried out between May and June 2020, with a convenience sample (n=398) of health workers from 10 professional categories. To verify the existence of an association between the occurrence of skin lesions and exposure variables, a Contingency Table was used to obtain the Prevalence Ratio and respective Confidence Intervals.

Objective: During the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) pandemic, to prevent the transmission of the virus, the use of personal protection products and equipment were recommended by international and national organisations. The need to use it more frequently and for a long time can damage the skin of health professionals. Objective: To verify the effect of the bag with irrigation valve on the pattern of (dis)comfort of the colostomy person.

Method: Quasi-experimental study, with a single group, through pre and post-test, carried out from June to September/2020 with 33 colostomized patients from a municipal rehabilitation center in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The pattern of (dis)comfort was analyzed using fuzzy logic, considering the attributes of bag cleaning, gas elimination and odor control.

Method: A scoping review, based on the Joanna Briggs Institute guidelines, was carried out between December 2019 and May 2020. The studies included male and female health professionals, who wore PPE during the global pandemic, in any given scenario.

Objective: To identify the primary bandages recommended in the literature to dress the wounds of people with pemphigus vulgaris and to describe the positive or negative repercussions related to these bandages.

Method: Integrative literature review, using the descriptors "dressing", "nursing care", "nursing", "skin diseases / vesiculobollous" and "pemphigus"; inclusion criteria: articles that address primary bandages for pemphigus vulgaris skin lesion dressing; published between 2010 and 2017; in Portuguese, English or Spanish; indexed in BDENF, LILACS, PubMed, and/or Scopus.

Results: eight articles were selected, seven had evidence levels 4 and 5 and one had evidence level 3.

The objective was to propose the use of Fuzzy Logic for recognition of comfort patterns in people undergoing a technology of nursing care because of pemphigus vulgaris, a rare mucocutaneous disease that affects mainly adults. The proposal applied experimental methods, with subjects undergoing a qualitative-quantitative comparison (taxonomy/relevance) of the comfort patterns before and after the intervention. A record of a chromatic scale corresponding to the intensity of each attribute was required: pain, mobility and impaired self-image.

Based on the principle that the undergraduating nursing students are future professionals of caregiving, this study aims at analyzing their understanding in relation to the care with themselves, as well as at identifying the care that they have or would like to have with their own body. To promote an effective participation of the eleven subjects, this study was based on the social and poetic method, making a research-team. Considering the self-care from the Body Dynamics as Minimum Territory, the nursing students showed analytics categories as: The self-care conscience; The wish for caregiving to spiritual, intellectual and physical body, which in the classificatory study was named "Disregard versus wish for self-care".
