A systematic review of AI-based chatbot usages in healthcare services.

Purpose: This systematic literature review aims to provide a comprehensive and structured synthesis of the existing knowledge about chatbots in healthcare from both a theoretical and methodological perspective.

Design/methodology/approach: To this end, a systematic literature review was conducted with 89 articles selected through a SPAR-4-SLR systematic procedure. The document for this systematic review was collected from Scopus database.

Dataset of international students' acceptance of online distance learning during COVID-19 pandemic: A preliminary investigation.

The dataset describes factors affecting international students' acceptance of Online Distance Learning (ODL) mode while pursuing oversea education during COVID-19 pandemic. The recruited respondents comprised of international students who were pursuing undergraduate degree programmes in the institutions of higher learning (IHLs) in Malaysia. Respondents were invited to participate in an online survey via Google Forms.

Single mothers' subjective well-being: empirical evidence from Malaysia.
