Background: Cerebral abscess is caused by inoculation of an organism into the brain parenchyma from a site distant from the central nervous system. is a commensal organism that is normally present in the aerodigestive tract and was reported to be the cause of brain abscesses after esophageal dilatation or upper endoscopy.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a 53-year-old female who presented with hematemesis and melena followed by left-sided weakness.
Angiosarcoma (AS) is a rare and aggressive vascular neoplasm with very poor prognosis. Patients with extensive cutaneous AS who are not surgical candidates have very limited options since there is no standard treatment. Treatment options include radiation, chemotherapy, and angiogenesis inhibitor with varying success rates.

Bevacizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for use in combination with fluorouracil (FU)-based chemotherapy for first-line treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal carcinoma (CRC). Its mechanism of action is inhibition of tumor angiogenesis by neutralizing vascular endothelial growth factor. Adverse events resulting from its use include gastrointestinal perforation, wound-healing complications, hemorrhage, and arterial thromboembolism.
