Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy of a Solitary Metachronous Sphenoid Metastasis from Renal Cell Cancer: A Case Report.

Nasosinus metastases from kidney cancer are an unusual clinical presentation although some cases are reported in the literature. Among these cases, sphenoidal metastases are even rarer. Here we report a case of lone sphenoid metastasis in patients with papillary renal cell cancer.
