McCune-Albright syndrome (MAS) is a rare genetic disease affecting multiple organs, including endocrine tissues. This endocrinopathy is sometimes responsible for infertility, as it may induce an independent functioning of the ovaries leading to anovulatory cycles. This case report describes the infertility journey of a 22-year-old female who had early puberty and irregular periods with high estrogen and progesterone levels, low FSH and LH (on day 3 of her menstrual cycle), and a multi-cystic right ovary.

Background: Genital herpes during pregnancy is a frequent occurrence, whereas infection of newborns is rare but likely severe. In the absence of specific national guidelines from the CNGOF (French National College of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians) in France until December 2017, we supposed that knowledge of health care providers on the topic was not up to date.
Objective: To assess health care provider knowledge of genital herpes and management practices during pregnancy, before the publication of national recommendations edited by the CNGOF.
