Purpose: Inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) is a rare and aggressive type of breast cancer, as many physicians may not be aware of it in terms of symptoms and diagnosis. Mammography is the first choice in breast screenings and diagnosis. Because of a lack of expertise and imaging datasets, IBC portrayal and machine learning-based diagnosis systems have not yet been studied thoroughly.

  • Incomplete 90° clockwise intestinal rotation results in the colon being located on the right side of the abdomen and the small intestine on the left, leading to a mirror image of the common mesentery.
  • A case study of a 19-year-old patient with cerebral palsy showed symptoms of melaena and inflammatory anaemia, and CT scans indicated signs of Crohn's disease along with the mentioned anatomical anomaly.
  • This intestinal rotation anomaly can be asymptomatic and may be accidentally found during evaluations for other medical issues.

Pseudoaneurysm is due to a disruption in the arterial wall, secondary to inflammation, trauma or iatrogenic causes such as surgery, percutaneous biopsy or drainage. We report the case of a 37-year old patient, presenting with cervical swelling that had progressively evolved after penetrating cervical trauma occurred 8 months before. Doppler ultrasound supplemented by CT angiography confirmed the diagnosis of pseudoaneurysm of the left external carotid artery.

Cushing paraneoplasic syndrome is a rare cause of hypercorticism. We report a case of 35 year-old man presenting with Cushing's syndrome characterized by severe signs of hypercorticism and hypokalemia. Endocrine investigations were suggestive of an hypercortisolism linked to an ectopic adrenocorticotropic (ACTH) secretion, both at baseline (mean ACTH levels=275 pg/ml, urinary free cortisol excretion=3.
