Backgrounds: This study aimed to assess the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ).
Methods: A total of 340 adult participants who had been working for at least 8 h a day completed the study questionnaire online. The questionnaire consisted of sections on demographics and socioeconomic characteristics, the IWPQ, and the ultrashortened version of the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-3).
The concept of positive occupations that enhance physical, mental, and social well-being is a novel idea that integrates positive psychology and occupational therapy. Valid and reliable scales are required to assess positive occupations for well-being in mental health settings. In this regard, the Assessment of Positive Occupation-15 (APO-15) is unique, as it evaluates positive occupations that promote health and well-being.

Previous studies have suggested that adolescence is a vulnerable period for the development of psychiatric disorders; therefore, an adequate coping repertoire must be developed.
Aims: Our aims were to develop and implement a coping skills training for young people and to evaluate the results of the training.
Background: To evaluate the effect of sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitor treatment on choroidal vascular parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
Methods: Twenty eyes of 20 patients with T2DM without diabetic retinopathy and 20 eyes of 20 age- and sex-matched patients as the control group were included in the study. The patients were evaluated using enhanced depth imaging optic coherence tomography before treatment and at the third month of treatment.
