Recently, research has been conducted on mixed reality (MR), which provides immersive visualization and interaction experiences, and on mapping human motions directly onto a robot in a mixed reality (MR) space to achieve a high level of immersion. However, even though the robot is mapped onto the MR space, their surrounding environment is often not mapped sufficiently; this makes it difficult to comfortably perform tasks that require precise manipulation of the objects that are difficult to see from the human perspective. Therefore, we propose a system that allows users to operate a robot in real space by mapping the task environment around the robot on the MR space and performing operations within the MR space.

Radical cystectomy is the standard treatment for muscle-invasive bladder cancer, and pre-surgical treatment can improve survival. We compared head impact characteristics in blind football players with and without falls on all 18 official blind football match videos from the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic games. Wheelchair rugby is a contact sport in which falls are common and injury rates are high, yet the characteristics of the falls are still under-reported. We investigated the fall characteristics of men's wheelchair rugby players by functional classification, using all 36 official match videos from the Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 summer Paralympic Games. The videos were analyzed to evaluate the number of falls, playing time when the fall occurred, playing phase (offense or defense), contact with other players, foul judgement, direction of the fall, and the body part first in contact with the floor.

Angioedema results from the decreased degradation of vasoactive peptides such as substance P and bradykinin. In this study, we sought to clarify whether dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) and angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors that suppress the degradation of substance P and bradykinin are involved in angioedema onset. Peptide bond formation in living cells occurs at the peptidyl transferase center (PTC) of the large ribosomal subunit and involves the transfer of the peptidyl group from peptidyl-tRNA to aminoacyl-tRNA. Despite numerous kinetic and theoretical studies, many details of this reaction -such as whether it proceeds via a stepwise or concerted mechanism- remain unclear. Chiral Lewis acid-catalyzed asymmetric alcohol addition reactions to cyclic carbonyl ylides generated from N-(α-diazocarbonyl)-2-oxazolidinones featuring a dual catalytic system are reported. Construction of a chiral quaternary heteroatom-substituted carbon center was accomplished in which the unique heterobicycles were obtained in good yields with high stereoselection. The alcohol adducts were successfully converted to optically active oxazolidine-2,4-diones by hydrolysis.
