A 4-year-old boy presented with the complaint of fluid discharge from a 0.5-mm diameter opening at the lateral side of the right outer canthus during crying. The need for general anesthesia for contrast radiography prompted the authors to conducted salivary gland scintigraphy, which demonstrated radioactivity of the collected fluid.
