Methods: Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, CBM, WanFang Data, CNKI, and VIP database were used for retrieving. After screening with our inclusion and exclusion criteria, data extraction and quantity evaluation were performed by 2 independent authors.

Background: Parkinson's disease (PD), the second most common neurodegenerative disease, has serious clinical effects. Research on PD is increasing, but the quantity and quality of this research have not been reported.

Methods: To analyze the most-cited articles on PD and provide information about developments in this field, we searched for articles in the Web of Science for the keyword "Parkinson*" in the title.

Negative nuclear expression of CDKL2 correlates with disease progression and poor prognosis of glioma.

Aims: This study aimed to investigate the nuclear expression status of cyclin dependent kinase like 2 (CDKL2) in glioma and its correlation with the characteristics of clinical pathology, including patient survival.

Methods And Results: In the present study, the expression of CDKL2 mRNA was detected by real-time QPCR in freshly collected glioma and para-carcinoma tissues. Moreover, immunohistochemistry was used to identified nuclear expression of CDKL2, and the characteristics of clinical pathology from glioma cases (n = 144) and non-cancerous brain tissues (n = 32) were counted.
