For the first time, amides and ureas based on both 5-nitroisoquinoline and 5-nitrosoisoquinoline were obtained by direct nucleophilic substitution of hydrogen in the 5-nitroisoquinoline molecule. In the case of urea and monosubstituted ureas, only 5-nitrosoisoquinoline-6-amine is formed under anhydrous conditions.

A 3D laser scanner is used for the preliminary inspection of the reflector elements, and an image analyzer based on the Foucault knife method is used for the final one. The results of the calculation and modeling of the monitoring system for tuning the telescope elements into space are presented.

In spite of a small number of taxa and long-term history of research, several gaps in our knowledge on the freshwater pearl mussels still exist. Here we present the discovery of host fishes for Margaritifera dahurica, i.

Further study of their morphology and life cycles allowed us to establish that these flukes belong to (Yamaguti, 1936) and Pande, 1937. Morphological and molecular data confirmed the validity of which had previously been synonymized with Tubangui, 1933 and Pande, 1937.

The parasite fauna of loaches (Cypriniformes: Cobitoidea), a group of small bottom-dwelling freshwater fishes with a mostly Eurasian distribution, remains a largely unknown quantity. Here we revise the taxonomy of tapeworms of the genus Proteocephalus Weinland, 1858 (Cestoda: Proteocephalidae) that had been found in loaches from the Palaearctic Region (Central Europe, Japan and Russia [Primorsky Region]). Molecular phylogenetic analysis based on two nuclear (ssr- and lsrDNA) and two mitochondrial genes (cox1 and rrnL) revealed a monophyletic group consisting of four valid species nesting within the Proteocephalus-aggregate: (i) Proteocephalus sagittus (Grimm, 1872) from Barbatula barbatula (Europe, Russia and Tajikistan), (ii) Proteocephalus demshini n.

Knowledge of this fauna is highly uneven and clearly incomplete for almost all regions, sometimes dramatically so. Although the biggest problem remains the completion of the 'first pass' of alpha taxonomy, there are in addition great problems relating to biogeography and elucidation of life-cycles.

However, no algorithm has been defined for their differentiated use at different ischemic remodeling stages in these patients in terms of the mechanism of metabolic effects. Sequential use of meldonium and trimetazidine in different periods of acute and chronic myocardial ischemia may become one of the possible ways to increase the efficacy of the pFOX inhibitors.
