For the first time, amides and ureas based on both 5-nitroisoquinoline and 5-nitrosoisoquinoline were obtained by direct nucleophilic substitution of hydrogen in the 5-nitroisoquinoline molecule. In the case of urea and monosubstituted ureas, only 5-nitrosoisoquinoline-6-amine is formed under anhydrous conditions.

Development of a two-channel system for monitoring the mirror elements of the Millimetron space observatory.

The paper presents the results of the development of an onboard two-stage telescope monitoring (control) system of the Millimetron space observatory. A 3D laser scanner is used for the preliminary inspection of the reflector elements, and an image analyzer based on the Foucault knife method is used for the final one. The results of the calculation and modeling of the monitoring system for tuning the telescope elements into space are presented.

Specimens of the snails were infected with two types of cercariae relating to the genus , differing from each other by body and organ sizes were found in a pond in the territory of Vladivostok (Primorsky region, Russia). Further study of their morphology and life cycles allowed us to establish that these flukes belong to (Yamaguti, 1936) and Pande, 1937. Trematode diversity in freshwater fishes of the Globe I: 'Old World'.

In this paper, we review, continent by continent, the trematode fauna of freshwater fishes of the 'Old World', a vast area consisting of the Palaearctic, Ethiopian, Oriental and Australasian zoogeographical regions. Knowledge of this fauna is highly uneven and clearly incomplete for almost all regions, sometimes dramatically so. Although the biggest problem remains the completion of the 'first pass' of alpha taxonomy, there are in addition great problems relating to biogeography and elucidation of life-cycles.

At the patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease on background of chronic obstructive lung disease before treatment was detected the increase products of lipids peroxidation (LPO) such as malon dialdegide (MDA), dien's conjugates (DC) in the serum blood. The decline of enzymes activity of the antioxydant system (AOS)--catalase (CT) and superoxiddismutase (SOD) was marked. At treatment the generally accepted facilities was marked decline of MDA, DK and KT and SOD activity.

Life-cycle and genetic characterization of Astiotrema odhneri Bhalerao, 1936 sensu Cho & Seo 1977 from the Primorsky Region (Russian Far East).

Adult Astiotrema odhneri Bhalerao, 1936 sensu Cho & Seo 1977 were found in the intestine of a freshwater turtle, Pelodiscus sinensis (Wiegmann), from the Komissarovka River Basin, Primorsky Region, Russia. It was established that the first intermediate host of this parasite is a snail, Anisus centrifugops, and that the second intermediate hosts include the snails, Helicorbis sujfunensis and A. centrifugops, tadpoles of the frog Rana dybowskii, and the fish Perccottus glenii.

[PATHOGENS OF HUMAN TREMATODIASES IN THE PRIMORYE TERRITORY].

The Primorye Territory of Russia is part of a natural habitat for pathogens of four human trematodiases: metagonimiasis (caused by the two worms Metagonimus yokogawai and M. katsuradai in the region), nanophyetiasis (Nanophyetus salmincola schikhobalowi), paragonimiasis (Paragonimus westermani ishunensis), and clonorchiasis (Clonorchis sinensis). The tensest situation in the region has emerged with clonorchiasis, the pathogen of which is extending its area due to anthropogenic sources.

Adults of Haplosplanchnus pachysomus (Eysenhardt, 1829) were found in the intestine of Liza engeli (Bleeker) from the coastal waters of Cat Ba Island, Ha Long Bay, northern Vietnam. Additionally, Provitellotrema crenimugilis Pan, 1984 was discovered in Liza haematocheila (Temminck & Schlegel) from Vostok Bay, Gulf of Peter the Great, southern Far-East Russia. [Unsolved problems of cytoprotective therapy in patients with coronary heart disease].

The paper gives data on the proven efficiency of myocardial cytoprotection with the pFOX inhibitors trimetazidine and meldonium for coronary heart disease. However, no algorithm has been defined for their differentiated use at different ischemic remodeling stages in these patients in terms of the mechanism of metabolic effects. Sequential use of meldonium and trimetazidine in different periods of acute and chronic myocardial ischemia may become one of the possible ways to increase the efficacy of the pFOX inhibitors.

Restoration of the genus Parasaccocoelium Zhukov, 1971 (Digenea: Haploporidae) and a description of two new species from mugilid fish in the Far East of Russia.

New data relating to the fauna of Haploporidae (Digenea) in mugilid fish from Primorsky Region of the south of the Russian Far East are presented. In the most recent revision of the family Haploporidae Nicoll, 1914, Parasaccocoelium Zhukov, 1971 was synonymized with Pseudohapladena Yamaguti, 1952 (Overstreet & Curran, 2005). Here, we restore the genus Parasaccocoelium.

[Nematodes of humans in the Primorye Territory].

Nematodes occupy the top in the general pattern of human parasitic diseases in the Primorye Territory. In the south of the Far East, there are a total of 28 nematode species that can parasitize man. However, the authors have identified only 8 nematode-induced diseases, such as ascariasis, enterobiasis, toxocariasis, trichocephaliasis, anisakiasis, trichinosis, dirofilariasis, dioctophymosis.

New data on the morphology of some Far-Eastern species of Rhabdochona (Nematoda: Rhabdochonidae), as revealed by SEM observations.

Specimens of the nematode genus Rhabdochona Railliet, 1916 (Rhabdochonidae) were collected during helminthological examination of four species of cyprinid fishes in two rivers of the Amur River basin in the Russian Far East (Primorsky Region) in June 2011. Detailed light microscopical (LM) and scanning electron microscopical (SEM) examinations (the latter used for the first time for the reported nematode species) of the available material revealed the presence of three inadequately described nominal species of this genus: R. [Functional state of the liver at modeling hemodynamic effects of the weightlessness in human organism].

The radioisotope researches (RR) ofcholeresis function of a liver, the ultrasonic researches (USR) of a liver, the contractile gallbladder function (GF) and the gastroduodenoscopy (GDS) were carried out at 8 men after 24 hour duration of stay in antiorthostatic position--12 degrees (AOP), simulating arising in weightlessness of hemodynamics changes in abdominal cavity. The dynamic difficulty of venous blood outflow from a liver at simulated in antiorthostatic position changes of activation choleresis on an empty stomach was produced, by increase of a zone central perfusion of a liver parenchyma, biliary ductules dilation and of a gallbladder reduction, and were accompanied by choleresis in duodenum. The activation choleresis in a liver was accompanied by of reduction of the area of radioactive marker distribution in a liver, the decrease of hepatocytes metabolic activity and concentration function ofbiliary excretion system.

[Nosoareas of clonorchiasis in the Primorye Territory].

The mammalian liver parasite (Clonorchis sinensis flukes) has spread in the Primorye Territory. The areas of the first intermediate hosts for the parasite mollusks of the genus Parafossarulus have been found to recently become wider south-western predominantly due to lotus acclimatization, resulting in the expansion of a parasite habitation area. The intensity of newly formed foci of clonorchiasis is an order of magnitude greater than that of natural ones and they are a higher hazard since they have formed in the recreation areas used by the population for rest and fishing.
