Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in young women. They can occur in one or multiple areas of the female genitalia. Usually, the vulva is the initial site of implantation for HPV.

Laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of a well-differentiated papillary mesothelioma of the peritoneum.

Well-differentiated papillary mesothelioma is a rare neoplasm of peritoneum, found mainly in women of reproductive age, and usually misdiagnosed as an ovarian mass. A 46-year-old woman was clinically suspected of having an adnexal mass. Peritoneal mesothelioma was diagnosed and successfully removed at laparoscopy.

Celiac disease as a cause of chronic pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, and deep dyspareunia.

Background: Celiac disease may be subclinical and difficult to diagnose in adults. It has been associated with infertility and miscarriage but rarely with other gynecologic symptoms.

Case: A 43-year-old woman complaining of chronic abdominal and pelvic pain, deep dyspareunia, dysmenorrhea, diarrhea, and a 5-kg weight loss during the last 6 months was referred to our institution.
