The production of personal protective equipment (PPE) has increased dramatically in recent years, not only because of the pandemic, but also because of stricter legislation in the field of Employee Protection. The increasing use of PPE, including disposable surgical masks (DSMs), is putting additional pressure on waste collectors. For this reason, it is necessary to find high-quality solutions for this type of waste.

The researched methods of chemical depolymerization therefore open a new perspective for the recycling of various PET materials, which are especially important for packaging. Food preservative packaging materials made from PET plastics are complex, and their wastes are often contaminated, so there are no sophisticated solutions for them in the recycling industry.

Deep learning approaches for image analysis provide an opportunity to develop user-friendly tools for exploratory data analysis. Here, we use the visual programming toolbox Orange ( http://orange.

Analysis of scRNA data involves a combination of non-trivial steps from statistics, data visualization, bioinformatics and machine learning. Training molecular biologists in single-cell data analysis and empowering them to review and analyze their data can be challenging, both because of the complexity of the methods and the steep learning curve.

Bone marrow biopsy showed 80% infiltration with lymphoid cells having a prolymphocytic morphology. Flow-cytometric immunophenotype analysis showed that over 80% of the cells were positive for CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5 and CD7 antigens and negative for terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase and CD1a antigens.

Clinical features of this chromosomopathy are a distinctive dysmorphic appearance, developmental delay, growth retardation, and in some cases, abnormalities of the extremities and renal, cardiac and ocular anomalies. This report describes a neonate with symmetric growth retardation and multiple dysmorphic features, in whom chromosomal analysis revealed a partial trisomy of chromosome 10q with a monosomy of the 13q34 region.

The cytogenetic analysis revealed de novo partial duplication of Xp: 46,X,dup(X)(p11.23-->p22.

He was referred for genetic testing because of mental retardation, short stature, microcephaly, seizures and multiple dysmorphic features. Chromosome analysis performed in the child demonstrated the presence of additional material in the long arm of chromosome 1.
