Herein, we report a case of preoperatively diagnosed hypovolaemic shock due to intra-abdominal haemorrhage, in which fatal sequelae were prevented. [Efficacy of Olaparib Treatment for Platinum-Sensitive Recurrent Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, and Primary Peritoneal Cancers].
