A 46-year-old woman presented with discomfort in her right lateral gaze, right-sided headache, and facial numbness 17 days after concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT)for a Stage ⅢB cervical cancer. The initial imaging investigations, maxillofacial and otolaryngology reviews did not reveal a diagnosis. After 54 days of CCRT, her symptoms deteriorated.
