Introduction: The effective cerebral perfusion pressure (CPPe), zero-flow pressure (ZFP), and resistance area product (RAP) are important determinants of cerebral blood flow. ZFP and RAP are usually estimated by linear regression analysis of pressure-velocity relationships of the middle cerebral artery.
