Commercial diving, a specialized profession encompassing various underwater tasks for industries such as construction and maintenance, exposes divers to unique hazards and challenges. Fundamental diving knowledge, encompassing the understanding of diving theories (DTs) and decompression procedures (DCPs), plays a pivotal role in enhancing diving safety. This study aims to assess the knowledge level of professional commercial divers regarding fundamental DTs and DCPs.

Methods: Thirty-three eyes with clinical diagnosed as severe stage 3 were classified as severe stage 3 group. Twenty-two eyes with retinal detachment without foveal involvement were classified as stage 4A group.
POLE status determination is necessary for the molecular classification of endometrial carcinomas (EC). However, this determination is only achievable by molecular techniques, which are not available in many practice settings. A previously published study reported elevated AMF/GPI and AMFR/gp78 levels in POLE-mutant EC.

This study evaluated the physiological profile of different exercises on a novel motor-cognitive training technology designed to cover a broad range of exercise intensities. Twenty-six healthy trained adults (17 males, 23.

Methods: This retrospective study included patients with diabetic macular edema who received three consecutive doses of ranibizumab as initial therapy and demonstrated poor response. A single dose of intravitreal de xamethasone implant was administered to these patients.
Antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates are a promising class of therapeutics for extrahepatic delivery of small interfering ribonucleic acids (siRNAs). These conjugates can be optimized for improved delivery and mRNA knockdown (KD) through understanding of structure-activity relationships. In this study, we systematically examined factors including antibody isotype, siRNA chemistry, linkers, conjugation chemistry, PEGylation, and drug-to-antibody ratios (DARs) for their impact on bioconjugation, pharmacokinetics (PK), siRNA delivery, and bioactivity.

Objective: We aimed to analyze systematically anogenital melanosis in a large cohort of VLS patients.
Methods: We analyzed the clinical data of 198 female patients with VLS.
Background/aim: T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) is a form of leukemia characterized by the proliferation of immature T lymphocytes. NOTCH1 is one of the most frequently mutated genes in T-ALL. NOTCH1 expression in T-cell development depends on plant homeodomain finger protein 6 (PHF6), which plays a tumor suppressor role in T-ALL.

It represents an uncommon cause of pediatric retinal detachment. This report presents two cases with different COL18A1 gene mutations, complicated by retinal detachment.

Methods: The study enrolled patients who received anti-vascular endothelial growth factor injections for treatment-naive macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion and diabetic retinopathy. The central macular thickness was measured at baseline, post-injection day 1, week 2, and month 1, and at the last visit using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography.
Objectives: The objcetive is to compare the anatomic and functional outcomes of vitrectomy between internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling and non-ILM peeling in diabetic tractional retinal detachment (TRD).
Methods: Twenty-three eyes with diabetic TRD with ILM peeling were compared with twenty-four eyes with non-ILM peeling. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was recorded at baseline and 3, 6, 9, 12 months, and end of follow-up.
Objectives: The aim of the study was comparison of wet-type age-related macular degeneration in phakic and pseudophakic patients in terms of anatomical and functional success based on the real-life data of Türkiye.
Methods: The multicenter retrospective real-life study data of the. retinal study group were used in this study.
Objectives: The objectiove of the study is to evaluate and compare the outcomes of pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) and PPV combined with scleral buckle (SB) in vitrectomised cases with recurrent retinal detachment (RD) and to analyze the effects of adding SB to the procedure.
Methods: Patients with recurrent RD due to grade C proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) were included in this retrospective comparative case series. Patients who underwent re-PPV with or without SB were included and two groups (re-PPV; re-PPV+SB) were compared in terms of anatomical and functional success.
In this article, textured polyester fiber was used as pile yarn in three-dimensional woven carpet structures. The properties of developed polyester carpets under various mechanical loading were studied. A statistical method was used to analyze the experimental data.

Our aim in this study was to compare the SCI rates between patients who underwent routine pre-dilatation balloon aortic valvuloplasty (pre-BAV) and patients who underwent direct TAVI without pre-BAV.
Methods: A total of 139 consecutive patients who underwent TAVI in a single center using the self-expandable Evolut-R valve (Medtronic, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA) were included in the study.
Background: To investigate the anatomical and visual outcomes of the patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) treated with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF), according to the baseline best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) based on the multicenter real-life data.
Methods: Five-hundred-ninety patients who had taken the Pro Re Nata (PRN) treatment regimen with three loading doses and at least one year of follow-up were included. The patients were divided into three groups according to the baseline BCVA: Group 1 (BCVA ≥ 1.
Although targeting TfR1 to deliver oligonucleotides to skeletal muscle has been demonstrated in rodents, effectiveness and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PKPD) properties remained unknown in higher species. We developed antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs) towards mice or monkeys utilizing anti-TfR1 monoclonal antibodies (αTfR1) conjugated to various classes of oligonucleotides (siRNA, ASOs and PMOs). αTfR1 AOCs delivered oligonucleotides to muscle tissue in both species.

Methods: The data of patients who underwent LHP due to Grades 2, 3, and 4 internal hemorrhoidal disease in our clinic were reviewed retrospectively.
Objective: Whether modified Glasgow prognostic score predicts prognosis in patients with cardiac resynchronization therapy with defibrillation is unknown. Our aim was to investigate the association of modified Glasgow prognostic score with death and hospitalization in cardiac resynchronization therapy with defibrillation patients.
