Giant hemangiomas: effects of size and type of surgical procedure on postoperative outcome.

Background/aims: Controversies still exist regarding the management of giant hemangiomas. The purpose of this study was to evaluate in a retrospective manner the effects of size and type of surgical procedures on early postoperative results.
