 This study evaluated and determined, through instrumented three-dimensional (3D) gait analysis, the kinetic, kinematic, and electromyographic profile of patients with mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS) IV and VI.  This crossectional study included 11 patients treated at a rare diseases reference service and evaluated in a movement analysis laboratory. We collected clinical, physical examination, and kinetic, kinematic, and electromyographic data using a 3D movement system, from June 2020 to January 2021.

Objective: The objective of this study is to determine the main neuroimaging findings of microcephalic newborns with possible Zika virus (ZIKV) intrauterine infection using transfontanellar cranial ultrasound.

Methods: We performed a retrospective study to describe the main neuroimaging findings in newborns with microcephaly and possible association with congenital ZIKV infection. Microcephaly was defined in the postnatal period using transfontanellar cranial examination which was performed using both two- (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound.

Purpose: To investigate by histomorphometry the distraction osteogenesis by Ilizarov technique in dog radius with the use of autologous stem cells in regenerated bone.

Methods: Ten dogs (20 radiuses) underwent the osteotomy of 20% of extension of their radiuses, and osteogenic distraction using the Ilizarov technique after this procedure at rate of 1mm per day divided into 0.5mm every 12 hours.
