Castleman's disease is an uncommon lymphoproliferative disorder which can be unicentric or multicentric. Hialine vascular variant is the most common pathologic form, which is usually unicentric and presenting as mediastinal tumors. We report a 31-year-old female with a history of retrosternal pain.
