Background: Three-dimensional (3D) models improve the comprehension of renal anatomy.

Objective: To evaluate the impact of novel 3D-derived parameters, to predict surgical outcomes after robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN).

Design, Setting, And Participants: Sixty-nine patients with cT1-T2 renal mass scheduled for RAPN were included.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to assess the short-term functional outcomes and the efficacy of hemostasis performed with holmium laser performed following prostatic hydroablation with the Aquabeam system.

Material And Methods: Between June 2019 and July 2020, 53 consecutive patients underwent Aquabeam with our modified hemostasis approach with holmium laser. The following standard preoperative assessments were retrospectively recorded: prostate volume; International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) and Quality of Life (IPSS-QoL); uroflowmetry including Qmax and post void residual volume (PVR).

Background: Multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) can guide the surgical plan during robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP), and intraoperative frozen section (IFS) can facilitate real-time surgical margin assessment.

Objective: To assess a novel technique of IFS targeted to the index lesion by using augmented reality three-dimensional (AR-3D) models in patients scheduled for nerve-sparing RARP (NS-RARP).

Design, Setting, And Participants: Between March 2019 and July 2019, 20 consecutive prostate cancer patients underwent NS-RARP with IFS directed to the index lesion with the help of AR-3D models (study group).

Background: We aimed at comparing perioperative outcomes in patients submitted to radical cystectomy followed by Fast Track (FT) protocol or standard management, and propose a definition of Trifecta, to improve standardized quality assessment for RC.

Methods: We considered 191 patients submitted to RC between January 2017 and January 2019. Patients followed FT or standard management according to surgeon's preference.

Background: Plaque incision and grafting (PEG) is one of the mainstays in surgical therapy for severe penile curvature in Peyronie's disease (PD). Different kinds of grafts are available for covering albugineal defects during PEG, both allografts and xenografts. However, to date, none of these proved superior to others.

We present the first case of salvage radiotherapy based on the results of 18F-FACBC PET/CT performed for a PSA relapse after radical prostatectomy. The patients underwent 11CCholine PET/CT and multiparametric MRI that were negative while 18F-FACBC PET/CT visualized a suspected local relapse confirmed by transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy. No distant relapse was detected.

We present the first case of salvage retroperitoneal lymph node dissection based on the results of (18)F-FACBC PET/CT performed for a prostate-specific antigen relapse after radical prostatectomy. The patients underwent (11)C-choline PET/CT, which turned out negative, while (18)F-FACBC PET/CT visualized two lymph node metastases confirmed at pathological examination. Preliminary clinical reports showed an improvement in the detection rate of 20-40% for (18)F-FACBC in comparison with (11)C-choline, rendering the (18)F-FACBC the potential radiotracer of the future.
