Objectives: To investigate the umbilical vein and uterine arteries blood flow volume (UV-Q, UtA-Q) in late-term pregnancies.

Study Design: This was a prospective observational cohort study of singleton pregnancies ≥40 + 0 weeks in which UV-Q and UtA-Q, both absolute and normalized for estimated fetal weight (EFW) values, were evaluated in relation to AC drop of ≥20 percentiles from 20 weeks to term, Doppler signs of fetal cerebral blood flow redistribution and composite adverse perinatal outcome. The presence of neonatal hypoglycaemia and the need of formula milk supplementation were also examined.

Background And Aim: The medicalisation of birth pathway may negatively impact on women's empowerment, enhancing distress even in cases of healthy pregnancies. We have built a program which is comprised of Mindfulness, Yoga, Nutrition, development & Counselling, Coaching, antenatal classes, and Osteopathic treatment (MYNd&CO).

Introduction: We investigated association between sociodemographic characteristics and COVID-19 disease among pregnant women admitted to our unit, the largest high-risk maternity unit in the Milan metropolitan area.

Methods: Between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2020, 896 pregnant women were admitted to our Institution and tested for COVID-19. We collected information regarding their sociodemographic characteristics.

Objectives: The choice of growth charts impacts on screening, diagnosis and clinical management of fetal growth abnormalities. The objectives of the study were to evaluate: 1) the clinical practice at a national level among tertiary referral centers in the use of fetal biometric growth charts; and 2) the impact on fetal growth screening of existing national and international growth charts.

Study Design: A questionnaire was sent to 14 Italian tertiary referral centers to explore biometric reference growth charts used in clinical practice.
