Comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) has gained an important role in patients with advanced prostate cancer following the introduction of PARP inhibitors in daily clinical practice. Here, we report an overview of CGP results, specifically of BRCA1 and BRCA2 HRD-repair system genes, from patients with prostate cancer analyzed in our institution, and we compare our results with those available from more recent scientific literature. A somatic mosaic mutation of (p(E545G)) was identified using both cfDNA NGS liquid biopsy and tissue biopsy. At the age of 56, due to intervening clonal mutations in background, she developed a squamous cell carcinoma in the right affected leg which was treated surgically.
