In this article, we report a 21-gestational-week fetus diagnosed with congenital cataract by ultrasonography. The parents decided to terminate the pregnancy and asked for examination of the fetus. An amniocentesis was performed for fetal karyotyping.

Titanium mesh may be an alternative material to be used in laryngotracheal reconstruction. Twenty New Zealand rabbits were divided into two groups. Group A underwent laryngotracheoplasty with titanium mesh-buccal mucosa-muscle complex, and Group B received auricular cartilage grafts.
