Background: Work-related musculoskeletal pain (WRMSP) is increasingly recognised in cardiac ultrasound practice. WRMSP can impact workforce health, productivity and sustainability. We sought to investigate the prevalence, characteristics and clinical impact of WRMSP.

The management of patients with spinal cord compression (SCC), and the efficacy and security of minimally invasive therapeutic approaches, are the main topics of discussion.
Methods: To systematically review the scientific literature on neurosurgical aspects of MM spinal cord lesion management, a search was conducted among scientific papers in the databases ScienceDirect, Cochrane Library, and PubMed using keywords and Boolean operators.

Background: The relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and soluble suppression of tumorigenicity-2 (sST2) with structural adaptions and exercise capacity remains incompletely described in patients with repaired Tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF).
Methods: Peripheral venous blood samples were drawn for 99 patients with repaired TOF, 59 patients with severe pulmonary regurgitation (PR) and 40 patients with no or mild PR. NT-proBNP was measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (Roche Diagnostics, Indianapolis, IN).

Background: Neurocysticercosis (NCC) is the most common infestation of the central nervous system, caused by the larval stage of the pig tapeworm . It is prevalent in regions with poor sanitation and underdevelopment, such as Latin America.
Case Description: We present four cases in which they harbored an intraventricular/intraparenchymal, frontal convexity, cerebellomedullary, and intraparenchymal NCC cyst of medium size, respectively.
Chiari malformation type II (CM-II) may not always present as an asymptomatic disorder but prove to be difficult in managing. This is especially true for neonates who show the worst prognosis. There is confounding data over whether shunting or craniocervical junction (CVJ) decompression should be employed.

Instead of rifampicin (RFM), most guidelines recommended the use of rifabutin (RFB) because of its reduced capacity to induce immunosuppressant metabolism while maintaining the same efficacy as RFM against TB. However, there has been no available data directly comparing the outcome of RFB from RFM-based anti-TB regimens in liver transplant patients with TB.

Pediatric and psychiatric patients are the two most common populations suffering from accidental or in some cases intentional ingestion of foreign bodies. Commonly, majority of cases require no specific treatment and the swallowed objects pass through the digestive tract spontaneously without causing any significant complications.
