[Atypical presentation of infantile digital fibromatosis].

Infantile digital fibromatosis is a rare benign fibro/myofibroblastic proliferation that almost only occurs on the fingers and toes. It is characterized by bright, round, intracytoplasmic, eosinophilic inclusions. We present a case of infantile digital fibromatosis in a 6-years-old child.

[Assymptomatic prostatic infiltration by chronic lymphocytic leukemia].

Objective: Report of a case of leukemic infiltration of the prostate as an incidental CT finding.

Methods: We describe a case of a 60-year-old male suffering from chronic lymphocytic leukemia. A routine-performed CT showed multiple lymphadenopathies and an hypodense area in the left prostatic lobe.
