View Article and Find Full Text PDFBackground: The aim of our study was to determine the effect of total core length (TCL) for prostate imaging reporting and data system (PI-RADS) 3 lesions to facilitate clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) detection based on the lesion diameter.
Materials And Methods: A total of 149 patients with at least 1 lesion with a PI-RADS 3 were evaluated retrospectively. The lesions with diameters of < 1 cm were categorized as small lesions and lesions of ≥ 1 cm were categorized as large lesions.
To examine retrospectively sexual dysfunction in the male spouses of 425 female patients who had presented to our clinic and were diagnosed with primary vaginismus. Seven questions related to age, profession, educational status, number of marriages, personality structure, sexual experience, and sexual dysfunction history were directed to the spouses of the 425 female patients presenting to our clinic for vaginismus treatment between 2015 and 2018. Men reporting sexual dysfunction were evaluated by a urologist, and the necessary treatment was initiated.

Patients And Methods: A total of 95 consecutive patients underwent laparoscopic RP for clinically localized prostate cancer (PC) by an experienced single surgeon from October 2009 to December 2012. Baseline characteristics, perioperative and pathologic variables, and continence data at 3 months after surgery were retrospectively reviewed from a prospectively maintained database.
