Bilateral persistent fetal vasculature associated with holoprosencephaly.

A 3.26-kg neonate with a gestational age of 40 weeks presented with episodic hypothermia and seizures, but stable vital signs. Semilobar holoprosencephaly was seen on magnetic resonance imaging.
