Studies suggest that garlic () improves memory dependent on the hippocampus. However, the effect of ethanol garlic extract on hippocampus Na/K ATPase, Ca ATPase, and glutamine synthetase (GS) activities as possible mechanisms in memory improvement in diabetic Wistar rats has not been reported.
