Aim: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between electrophysiological findings of diabetic neuropathy (DN) and patients' quality of life, neuropathic pain levels, and well-being.
Materials And Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in 12 centers in Turkey. DN patients were categorized into four stages based on electrophysiological findings using the Baba classification.
The study investigated associations between chronotypes (Morning [M], Neither [N], Evening [E]), sociodemographic characteristics, body mass index (BMI), smoking habits, years with migraines, sleep quality (PSQI), anxiety (HADS-A), depression (HADS-D), migraine disability (MIDAS), headache frequency, and pain intensity (VAS) in 80 individuals with migraine. Significant age differences emerged ( < 0.001), with M-types being the oldest.

When a decline in ambulation ability and loss of function in the later stages of MS is observed, it is imperative to utilize alternative methods for measuring functional capacity.
Objective: To investigate the validity and reliability of the Six-Minute Pegboard Ring Test (6PBRT) in persons with MS.
Introduction: The use of artificial intelligence technology is progressively expanding and advancing in the health and biomedical literature. Since its launch, ChatGPT has rapidly gained popularity and become one of the fastest-growing artificial intelligence applications in history. This study evaluated the accuracy and comprehensiveness of ChatGPT-generated responses to medical queries in clinical neurology.

Background: To analyze the 100 most cited articles (T100) on ocrelizumab using bibliometric methods to determine the current situation and identify research hotspots.
Methods: Articles with "ocrelizumab" in their title were searched for in the Web of Science (WoS) database, identifying 900 articles. After the exclusion criteria were applied, 183 original articles and reviews were obtained.
Background Peptides related to calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) have been suggested to have a role in migraine. Adrenomedullin (AM) might be a candidate molecule because it is related to pain pathways in the peripheral and central nervous systems and uses the same receptors as CGRP. Methodology In this study, we examined the serum CGRP and AM levels during unprovoked ictal and interictal periods of 30 migraine patients as well as 25 healthy controls.
